HOW
TO HEAL AND STRENGTHEN
VARIOUS
BODY ORGANS!

This webpage
is designed to give you helpful guidance on how to effectively strengthen your
body organs. It contains a listing of
various body organs, in alphabetical order.
For each body organ, I'll share why it's important to
people's health. I'll also share which
health imbalances people can get if the body organ weakens. And finally I'll share how to use nutrition
to effectively heal and strengthen the body organ. We'll get to that listing soon, but before we do, I'd first like to share two important things that I feel
are important for people to remember when healing and strengthening body
organs.
__________________________________
Two
Things to Remember!
#1: Get a Variety of Nutrients Each Day.
When following the suggestions listed below, it's important that
each person continue to eat healthy daily meals, and take his or her daily
nutritional supplements (especially the multi-vitamin supplement, multi-mineral
supplement, and vitamin C supplement).
This is because many of the nutritional supplements I've suggested in
this webpage tend to work by "encouraging" the body to heal its own
body organs. In order for the body to
be capable of healing its own weak and injured body organs, the body must have
the basic daily nutrients it needs to do this.
(For more information on which nutrients people's bodies need each day
to be healthy, I suggest reading the webpage titled
"What Nutrients Do People Need?" on this www.AbundantHealth.ws
website.
Click
here to view that webpage.)
#2: Know How to Take Pills on an Empty Stomach.
Throughout the
rest of this webpage, I will be recommending that certain nutritional
supplements be taken "on an empty stomach". It's important that it's clearly understood what I mean by this,
in order for the supplements to work most effectively. Here's what I mean by "on an empty
stomach".
1) Don't eat or drink anything (other than
water) for at least three hours prior to taking the nutritional supplement.
Usually the best time to take pills on an empty stomach is right when
you wake up, since you generally haven't eaten or drank anything for at least
three hours (since you were sleeping).
An exception to this rule is that you only need to wait one hour after
taking one of the nutritional supplements I recommend (if it contains no oil). This is because most of the nutritional
supplements I suggest are very easily digested by the body, and therefore they
leave the person's stomach quickly, and go into the person's intestines.
2) Take the nutritional supplement with only
water.
It's best if the water is some type of healthy water, like well water,
spring water, or purified water. It's
usually best to avoid tap water, because of the harmful chemicals that are
often added to it.
3) Put nothing in your mouth (other than
water) for at least one hour after taking the nutritional supplement. This means, no foods,
drinks, nutritional supplements, toothpaste, mouthwash, breath mints, chewing
gum, candy, cigarettes, cigars, pipes, chewing tobacco, or anything else,
...other than water.
Following the
three "rules" above, let's say that you'd like to take three
different nutritional supplements (on an empty stomach), in the morning. Here's how you could do it:
7:00AM - Wake
up. Take the first nutritional
supplement with only water.
8:00AM – Take
the second nutritional supplement with only water.
9:00AM – Take
the third nutritional supplement with only water.
10:00AM – Eat
breakfast.
Here's how you
would apply the three rules above, if you'd like to take three different
nutritional supplements (on an empty stomach), before going to bed at night:
5:00PM – Finish
eating your last evening meal of the day.
8:00PM – Take
the first nutritional supplement with only water.
9:00PM – Take
the second nutritional supplement with only water.
10:00PM – Take
the third nutritional supplement with only water, and then go to sleep.
If someone can
follow the above three "rules" when taking a nutritional supplement
"on an empty stomach", the nutritional supplement should work very
well, and the person will most likely see very quick and exciting results!
__________________________________
Now that we have
reviewed how important it is to continue to get a variety of nutrients each
day, and how important it is to understand how to correctly take nutritional
supplements "on an empty stomach", let's now look at some exciting
ways to effectively heal and strengthen many of our body organs!
DECIDE WHICH BODY ORGANS TO STRENGTHEN FIRST!
The big question with
strengthening body organs is, "What order should I strengthen them
in?" In other words, which body
organ would be best for a person to strengthen for the first three months? Then, which body organ would be best to
strengthen the next three months? And
so on...
If you have one or more
body organs that you know are weak, you might want to strengthen them
first. For example, if you currently
smoke cigarettes, or you used to smoke them, you might want to strengthen your
lungs first. Of course you are
encouraged to decide on an order that feels right for you.
If you have no
particular order in mind, here is a suggested order that I have arranged, which
I think would be especially effective for most people. When arranging this order I've taken into
account that when certain body organs are strong, they can help other body
organs to heal quicker. I've also taken
into account my knowledge of which health imbalances I often see in people, and
which body organs need to be strong in order to effectively prevent those
health imbalances. Feel free to use
this arrangement if you would like.
1) Liver and Gall Bladder
2) Kidneys and Cartilage
3) Pancreas
4) Thymus Gland
5) Thyroid Gland and Parathyroid Glands
6) Stomach and Intestines
7) Female or Male Body Organs
8) Pineal Gland, Pituitary Gland, and Middle Brain Area
9) Eyes and Rear Brain Area
10) Front Brain Area
11) Adrenal Glands
12) Heart
13) Blood and Blood Vessels
14) Bones, and the Muscles,
Tendons, and Ligaments
15) Spleen
16) Lungs
(RETURN TO THE TOP OF LIST, AND BEGIN AGAIN.)

Our Body Organs, and How to
Strengthen Them!
Now let's
look at the different body organs, to develop an appreciation and understanding
of them! The alphabetical listing below
shares plenty of valuable information about what each body organ contributes to
keep our bodies healthy. I suggest you
read about all of the different body organs, so you learn what they do, why
they are important to us, and how to strengthen them.
ADRENAL
GLANDS:
What Do the Adrenal
Glands Do? The
adrenal glands produce a wide variety of different types of hormones. The hormone known as "aldosterone"
helps to regulate the amount of water in the body, by adjusting the amounts of
sodium and potassium in the body. The
hormone known as "cortisol" helps to regulate metabolism (how quickly
cells in the body perform certain functions).
It does this by regulating how much of the sugar, glucose, is in the
blood stream. Cortisol also reduces
swelling in injured parts of the body.
The adrenal glands also produce both female hormones
("estrogens") and male hormones ("androgens"). Both healthy men's and women's bodies
produce and use both female and male hormones.
The adrenal glands also produce two hormones that give people quick energy
when people are in situations of high stress or in potential danger. These two hormones are
"epinephrine" (also called "adrenaline") and
"norepinephrine" (also called "NE" and
"noradrenaline"). The adrenal
glands also help to regulate the proper pH levels (of acidity and alkalinity)
in the body.
What Can Happen If the
Adrenal Glands Weaken?
Some health imbalances that can occur when the adrenal glands weaken
include, low blood pressure, high blood pressure, slow metabolism, fast
metabolism, insomnia (the inability to sleep), hyperactivity, tiredness,
weakness, feeling dizzy when standing up, low blood sugar (hypoglycemia), high
blood sugar (diabetes), improper pH of blood, muscular paralysis, water
retention (edema), low sex drive, and male or female hormone imbalances.
How To Heal and
Strengthen the Adrenal Glands: I suggest doing the following for three
months if the person’s adrenal glands presently seem to be in good health, and
five months if the person’s adrenal glands presently seem to be in poor health:
Suggested Supplement:
Systemic Formulas "Ga" -
This supplement is designed to help the adrenal glands to heal themselves. (address: Systemic Formulas,
Post Office Box 1516, Ogden, Utah, 84402, U.S.A.; phone: (800) 445-4647;
website: www.systemicformulas.com)
Suggested Dosage:
Take
one pill of Systemic Formulas “Ga”, once a day, on an empty stomach.
Important
Notes:
If
you are presently taking any types of nutritional supplements or medications
formulated to help your adrenal glands function better (such as to treat
certain cases of low blood pressure, or certain cases of low blood sugar), it's
possible that while your adrenal glands are healing, you will need these
nutritional supplements and/or medications less and less. If your adrenal glands heal enough, it's
very possible you will eventually no longer need any of these nutritional
supplements or medications at all. I
suggest going off of any of these nutritional supplements and medications, if
you no longer need them. I suggest
doing this by reducing your dosages a little bit every week or two, until
eventually you are no longer taking any of these unnecessary nutritional
supplements and/or medications.
BLOOD:
What Does Blood Do? Blood flows throughout the body, doing a
number of things to help a person's body be healthy. Blood is about half blood cells, and about half plasma (nutrients
and toxins mixed with water).
There are three main
types of blood cells. There are red
blood cells, which carry oxygen and carbon dioxide throughout the body). There are blood platelets, which stick together
and "clog" injuries, so people don't bleed to death. There are also white blood cells. There are lots of different types of white
blood cells, but in general, they protect our bodies from infections, and other
things (like dirt and certain toxic chemicals) that might have gotten into our
bodies. Blood cells are created inside
certain bones that contain red bone marrow inside them (such as the cranial
bones, femur, humerus, pelvis, ribs, sternum, and vertebrae).
Plasma is made of mostly
water. Within this water floats various
nutrients (like hormones, vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and sugars) and
various toxins as well. Some of these
toxins were created by the body's own cells (metabolic waste), and other toxins
got into the blood from other ways (such as being eaten or breathed in).
What Can Happen If the
Blood Weakens? If a
person has unhealthy and/or few red blood cells, the person will likely not
have enough oxygen supplied to the cells in the body. If a person has unhealthy and/or few blood platelets, a person
might bleed more than normal, if the person has an injury (such as a minor
scrape or bruise to the skin). If a
person has unhealthy and/or few white blood cells, a person will likely have a
weak immune system, which means the person will probably get more infections
than normal. It's important to remember
that while some infections tend to just make us feel "sick" for a
while, other infections can sometimes kill a person.
If a person has
unhealthy plasma, there will likely be an imbalance of various nutrients and
toxins in the blood. This means that
the blood might contain too many or too few nutrients, and it might contain too
many toxins. If the plasma contains too
few nutrients, many, or all, organs in the person's body will have nutritional
deficiencies.
How To Heal and Strengthen
the Blood: I suggest
doing the following for three months if the person’s blood presently seems to
be in good health, and five months if the person’s blood presently seems to be
in poor health:
Suggested Supplements:
Now Foods "Chlorella" (1000 milligram tablets) - This vegetarian supplement contains the algae known as
Chlorella. This type of algae appears
to have more of the nutrient known as chlorophyll, than most, or all, other
plants. Since chlorophyll is almost the
same molecule as hemoglobin, people's bodies can use chlorophyll to make
hemoglobin. Hemoglobin is the nutrient
in red blood cells that carries oxygen to cells, and carbon dioxide away from
cells, and back to the lungs. Chlorella
also contains a good amount of iron, which our bodies can also use to make
hemoglobin, since each hemoglobin molecule contains iron. (address: Now Foods, 395 Glen Ellyn Road,
Bloomingdale, Illinois, 60108, U.S.A.;
phone: (630) 545-9000; website: www.nowfoods.com)
Systemic Formulas "BLDB" - This supplement is designed to help a person’s body to improve
the quality of it’s blood. (address:
Systemic Formulas, Post Office Box 1516, Ogden, Utah, 84402,
U.S.A.; phone: (800) 445-4647; website: www.systemicformulas.com)
Suggested Dosages:
Take
three pills of Systemic Formulas “BLDB”, once a day, on an empty stomach.
Take
three pills of Now Foods "Chlorella" each day, with or without food.
Important
Notes:
It's
extremely important to remember to get a variety of nutrients each day, in
order for a person's blood to be healthy.
If there are any nutrients missing, the blood will probably be
unhealthy. If a person's blood is
unhealthy, most or all, body organs are likely to be unhealthy as well, since
they will not be getting all of the nutrients they need.
If
you are presently taking any types of nutritional supplements or medications
formulated to help improve the health of your blood (such as certain cases of
anemia), it's possible that while your blood is healing, you will need these
nutritional supplements and/or medications less and less. If your blood heals enough, it's very
possible you will eventually no longer need any of these nutritional
supplements or medications at all. I
suggest going off of any of these nutritional supplements and medications, if
you no longer need them. I suggest
doing this by reducing your dosages a little bit every week or two, until
eventually you are no longer taking any of these unnecessary nutritional
supplements and/or medications.
Certain
blood disorders are genetic (such as "sickle-cell anemia" and the
three types of "hemophilia"), and so following the suggestions listed
above certainly may improve them, but will not heal them.
BLOOD
VESSELS:
What Do Blood Vessels
Do? Blood
vessels are tubes, located throughout the body. Blood flows through these tubes.
There are different types of blood vessels, including arteries,
arterioles, capillaries, venules, and veins.
Most arteries carry blood from the heart to arterioles. Arterioles are smaller than arteries. Arterioles then carry blood to
capillaries. Capillaries are extremely
small. There are capillaries near
practically every cell in the human body.
When blood goes through a capillary, oxygen and other nutrients in the
blood are given to the cells next to that capillary. Also, carbon dioxide and other toxins (such as certain metabolic
wastes) are given to the blood, by the cells.
This blood then flows into venules, which are larger than
capillaries. The blood in the venules
then flows into veins, which are larger than venules. Most veins then bring the blood back to the heart.
What Can Happen If the
Blood Vessels Weakens?
There are a number of things that can happen if the blood vessels become
weak. One is that the body may put
cholesterol deposits on the artery walls, to prevent them from bleeding. Cholesterol deposits can be made of
cholesterol, protein, calcium, and vitamin A.
Cholesterol deposits that become too big can result in a reduction in
blood flow through a certain area of the body.
This situation can then become a blood clot, which is a complete
blockage of blood flow through a certain part of the body.
Another imbalance that
can occur to blood vessels is that the blood vessel walls can become weak. For example, if this occurs in an artery, an
aneurysm can result. An aneurysm is
when a part of the blood vessel becomes thin and weak, and is in danger of
breaking. If an aneurysm breaks in a person's
brain, the person can have a stroke, and potentially die. Sometimes the blood vessel walls become weak
in capillaries. When this happens, the
blood can "pool" there, and not flow properly back into the venules.
Another possible health
imbalance that can occur in a person's blood vessels is that they can become
infected. This can result in them
becoming more damaged, from the infection.
As a result, the person's body may put even more cholesterol on the
blood vessel walls (to protect them from breaking and bleeding).
If veins in the legs
become weak, the person can develop "varicose veins". This is when the veins aren't strong enough
to help push blood from the feet, back up the body to the heart again. So, the blood stays in the veins, and causes
a lot of pressure on them. As a result
of this pressure, some of the veins in the legs stretch and become wider than
normal. These veins are now injured,
and can no longer push blood up the legs effectively.
How To Heal and
Strengthen the Blood Vessels: I suggest doing the following for three
months if the person’s blood vessels presently seem to be in good health, and
six months if the person’s blood vessels presently seem to be in poor health:
Suggested Supplement:
Matthias Rath, Inc. "Arteriforte" - This supplement contains a variety of nutrients that the body
needs to produce healthy blood vessel walls.
(address: Matthias Rath, Inc., 2901 Bayview Drive,
Fremont, California, 94538, U.S.A.;
phone: (888) 827-8700; website: www.dr-rath-vitamins.com)
Systemic Formulas "Hcv" - This supplement is designed to help the blood vessels to heal
themselves. (address: Systemic Formulas,
Post Office Box 1516, Ogden, Utah, 84402, U.S.A.; phone: (800) 445-4647;
website: www.systemicformulas.com)
Suggested Dosage:
Take
three pills of Matthias Rath, Inc. "Arteriforte”, twice a day, with meals.
Take
two pills of Systemic Formulas “Hcv”, once a day, on an empty stomach.
Important
Notes:
If
you are following the suggestions in the webpage titled "How to Rid Your
Body of Excess Deposits", on this www.AbundantHealth.ws website, to
"rid the body of cholesterol deposits", you should have no need to
strengthen your blood vessels, since you are already doing it for two months
every year.
If
you are presently taking any types of nutritional supplements or medications
formulated to help improve the health of your blood vessels (such as certain
types of "blood thinners"), it's possible that while your blood
vessels are healing, you will need these nutritional supplements and/or
medications less and less. If your
blood vessels heal enough, it's very possible you will eventually no longer
need any of these nutritional supplements or medications at all. I suggest going off of any of these
nutritional supplements and medications, if you no longer need them. I suggest doing this by reducing your
dosages a little bit every week or two, until eventually you are no longer
taking any of these unnecessary nutritional supplements and/or medications.
To
help prevent the formation of cholesterol deposits on the blood vessel walls,
and to remove any cholesterol deposits that may already be there, every year I
suggest following the suggestions on how to rid the body of cholesterol
deposits, in the webpage titled "How to Rid Your Body of
Excess Deposits" on this www.AbundantHealth.ws website. (Click here to
view that webpage.)
BONES:
Bones are made mostly
from the minerals, calcium and phosphorus.
Bones also contain some vitamin C, and a little bit of the minerals, magnesium,
fluorine, and sulfur.
When a person’s bones
become weak, the person often develops osteoporosis. This is a disease in which the bones become weaker and thinner
than they are supposed to be.
To encourage strong
bones I suggest doing the following:
1.)
A variety of vitamins and minerals are needed by the body to produce healthy
bones. As a result, I’d like to
emphasize the importance of taking the recommended nutritional supplements in
the webpage titled "What Nutrients Do People Need?"
on this www.AbundantHealth.ws website. (Click here to
view that webpage.) I
especially encourage that you take one of the recommended multivitamin
supplements, one of the recommended multi-mineral or calcium/magnesium
supplements, and one of the recommended vitamin C supplements.
2.) Just like a
weightlifter stresses his or her muscles each week in order to develop stronger
muscles, stressing one’s bones each week is important for the body to develop
strong bones. To give one’s bones some
“healthy” stress, I suggest doing some sort of physical exercise that you enjoy
each week, such as walking, jogging, swimming, aerobic dancing, or other
physical activities that provide “healthy” stress to a person’s bones.
3.) Heal and strengthen
the thyroid gland and parathyroid glands (if the person hasn’t recently done
so). The thyroid gland and parathyroid
glands produce hormones that regulate how much calcium the body stores in bones,
or removes from bones, each day. By
keeping your thyroid gland and parathyroid glands strong, you will be helping
your body to be able to build and maintain strong and powerful bones.
4.) Women’s bodies
require a healthy amount and balance of female hormones (both estrogen and
progesterone) in order for their bones to be at their healthiest. So, for women who have one or both ovaries,
and who have not gone through menopause, I suggest following the
suggestions in this webpage, on how to heal and strengthen the female body
organs. This should encourage the body
to produce a healthy amount of estrogen and progesterone each day.
Regarding woman who have recently gone through menopause
within the last two or three years, I also suggest following the
suggestions in this webpage on how to heal and strengthen the female body
organs. From my observation, within two
to five months, the woman will probably no longer be in menopause anymore, and
she will probably be having her monthly periods again, and her ovaries will be
producing a healthy amount of estrogen and progesterone.
Regarding women who have gone through menopause more than
three years ago, they can try following the suggestions in this webpage on
how to heal and strengthen the female body organs, and see if their monthly
periods start up again. If not, I
suggest following the suggestions in the next paragraph.
Regarding woman who have gone through menopause many years
ago, or women who have had both of their ovaries removed, I suggest having
the woman’s estrogen and progesterone levels tested. There are a number of different types of estrogen, so it’s
important that the woman is tested for her levels of each type of
estrogen. Then I suggest that the woman
take the correct amount of the specific types of estrogen that she needs (if
any) and the correct amount of progesterone that she needs (if any).
BRAIN:
What Does the Brain Do? The brain communicates with various body
organs to keep each of the body organs working together as an organized
team. The brain also makes it possible
for people to think, remember, analyze, be imaginative, feel hunger, experience
emotions, feel physical pain and pleasure, see with your eyes, laugh, move an
arm or a leg, sleep, smell with your nose, respond effectively during danger, dream
at night, hear with your ears, and maintain different body functions, like the
person's heart beating, and the person's lungs breathing. You can think of the brain like the
communication headquarters for the body.
It co-ordinates information between different body organs, so they all
work effectively together to keep you as healthy and happy as possible.
What Can Happen If the
Brain Weakens? If a
person’s brain weakens, any body organ can potentially not work properly. As a result almost any health imbalance can
possibly occur. Some health imbalances
that can occur if the brain isn't healthy are mental senility, inability to
move certain parts of the body, poor memory, inability to reason using logic,
inability to recognize people and things that should be familiar, brain
seizures, falling asleep suddenly, headaches, hearing and seeing things that
"aren't there" (hallucinations), and having unreasonable fears. Also, a weak brain can potentially result in
nearly every other health imbalance that is mentioned in this webpage for other
weak body organs as well, since in some way or another, the brain helps control
all body organs.
How To Heal and
Strengthen the Brain: I
suggest doing the following for three months if the person’s brain presently seems
to be in good health, and five months if the person’s brain presently seems to
be in poor health:
Suggested Supplements:
Systemic Formulas "B" -
This supplement is designed to help the front area of the brain
to heal itself. (address: Systemic
Formulas, Post Office Box 1516, Ogden, Utah, 84402,
U.S.A.; phone: (800) 445-4647; website: www.systemicformulas.com)
Systemic Formulas "Gb" -
This supplement is designed to help the inside, middle area of the brain
to heal itself. This supplement will
also help the pineal gland and pituitary gland to heal themselves. (address: Systemic Formulas,
Post Office Box 1516, Ogden, Utah, 84402, U.S.A.; phone: (800) 445-4647;
website: www.systemicformulas.com)
Systemic Formulas "I" -
This supplement is designed to help the rear area of the brain to
heal itself. It is also designed to
help the eyes to heal themselves.
(address: Systemic Formulas, Post Office Box 1516,
Ogden, Utah, 84402, U.S.A.; phone:
(800) 445-4647; website: www.systemicformulas.com)
Suggested Dosages:
Take
two pills of Systemic Formulas “B”, once a day, on an empty stomach, to strengthen
the front part of the brain.
Take
two pills of Systemic Formulas “Gb”, once a day, on an empty stomach, to
strengthen the middle part of the brain.
Take
two pills of Systemic Formulas “I”, once a day, on an empty stomach, to
strengthen the rear part of the brain.
Important
Notes:
If
you are presently taking any types of nutritional supplements or medications
formulated to help your brain function better, it's possible that while your
brain is healing, you will need these nutritional supplements and/or
medications less and less. If your
brain heals enough, it's very possible you will eventually no longer need any
of these nutritional supplements or medications at all. I suggest going off of any of these
nutritional supplements and medications, if you no longer need them. I suggest doing this by reducing your
dosages a little bit every week or two, until eventually you are no longer
taking any of these unnecessary nutritional supplements and/or medications.
CARTILAGE:
What Does Cartilage Do? Cartilage consists of a variety of types of
soft tissue located throughout the body.
In some parts of the body, cartilage holds the shape of a certain body
organ (like in the nose and in the ears), and in other parts of the body,
cartilage provides padding where two bones come together (such as between
spinal vertebrae, and in the bone joints of the hips, knees, toes, shoulders,
elbows, and fingers).
What Can Happen If
Cartilage Weakens?
The main problem that occurs when cartilage weakens is that there is not
enough padding between bones. If this
occurs between spinal vertebrae, a person can have neck and/or back
problems. The person may also become
shorter, since there will be less cartilage between each vertebrae (resulting
in the person's spine being shorter than it would be if it was healthy). If the cartilage in a bone joint becomes
weak, there may only be a small amount of cartilage, if any, padding the
joint. Then the person may experience
arthritis in that joint, and there may be pain each time the person moves
it. This can occur often in hips,
knees, toes, elbows, and fingers.
How To Heal and
Strengthen Cartilage: I
suggest doing the following for at least three months if the person’s cartilage
presently seems to be in good health, and at least six months if the person’s
cartilage presently seems to be in poor health:
Suggested Supplement:
Now Foods "Bovine Cartilage" - This supplement contains cartilage from cattle. The human body can use this cartilage to
make new cartilage in a person's body.
(address: Now Foods, 395 Glen Ellyn Road, Bloomingdale, Illinois, 60108,
U.S.A.; phone: (630) 545-9000; website: www.nowfoods.com)
Suggested Dosage:
Each
day take 12 pills of this supplement.
The pills can be taken with or without food. You can take them all at once, or just a few at different times
of the day. If someone would rather not
swallow that many pills each day, the person can open the capsules, and mix the
gelatin powder in the pills, into a drink.
Important
Notes:
If
you are presently taking any arthritis medications (such as anti-inflammatory
medications, or pain-killers), it is very possible that while your cartilage is
healing, you will need your medications less and less. If your cartilage heals enough, it's very
likely you will eventually no longer need any arthritis medications at all. I suggest going off of any arthritis
medications you no longer need. I
suggest doing this by reducing your drug dosages a little bit every week or
two, until eventually you are no longer taking any unnecessary arthritis
medications.
If
a person wants to, the person can take some bovine cartilage every day in order
to maintain very healthy cartilage throughout the person's life. If someone would like to do this, I suggest
each day taking four pills of Now Foods "Bovine Cartilage" with or
without food. This is a great way to
encourage a person's cartilage to always be healthy!
EYES:
What Do the Eyes Do? The eyes, along with certain areas of the
brain, make it possible for people to see.
What Can Happen If the
Eyes Weaken? If the
eyes weaken, and/or the areas of the brain that participate in vision weaken, a
person might experience blurred vision, poor night vision, eye-sensitivity to
light, painful eyes, teary eyes, headaches, blindness, eye twitches (muscle
spasms in the eyes), or various other health problems related to vision.
How To Heal and
Strengthen the Eyes: To
heal and strengthen the eyes, and the parts of the brain that control the eyes,
I suggest doing the following for three months if the person’s eyes presently
seem to be in good health, and seven months if the person’s eyes presently seem
to be in poor health:
Suggested Supplement:
Systemic Formulas "I" -
This supplement is designed to help the body to heal the eyes, the optic
nerves, and the area of the brain that controls vision (the rear part of the
brain). (address: Systemic Formulas,
Post Office Box 1516, Ogden, Utah, 84402, U.S.A.; phone: (800) 445-4647;
website: www.systemicformulas.com)
Suggested Dosage:
Take
two pills of Systemic Formulas “I”, once a day, on an empty stomach.
Important
Notes:
If
you are presently wearing any types of corrective eye lenses (such as
eyeglasses or contact lenses), it's possible that while your eyes are healing,
you will need these corrective lenses less and less. If your eyes heal enough, it's possible you will eventually no
longer need any corrective lenses at all.
While healing your eyes, I suggest having your eyes checked
periodically, to see if the prescription for your corrective lenses has
changed. If you need weaker corrective
lenses to see clearly, I suggest you get them.
If you no longer need corrective lenses to see clearly, I suggest that
you stop wearing them.
If
you are presently taking any types of nutritional supplements or medications
formulated to help your eyes function better, it's possible that while your
eyes are healing, you will need these nutritional supplements and/or
medications less and less. If your eyes
heal enough, it's possible you will eventually no longer need any of these
nutritional supplements or medications at all.
I suggest going off of any of these nutritional supplements and
medications, if you no longer need them.
I suggest doing this by reducing your dosages a little bit every week or
two, until eventually you are no longer taking any of these unnecessary
nutritional supplements and/or medications.
FEMALE
BODY ORGANS:
What Do the Female Body
Organs Do? The
female body organs consist of the ovaries, uterine tubes (also called Fallopian
tubes), the uterus, the vagina, and the breasts. Here we will mainly focus on healing and strengthening the
ovaries, vagina, and breasts. The
pituitary gland tells the ovaries to create a variety of female hormones. The ovaries produce four different female
hormones. They are inhibin, relaxin,
progesterone, and a variety of types of estrogens. These hormones help keep women's bodies healthy, and they help
regulate a woman's monthly menstrual cycle.
The ovaries also produce unfertilized "eggs", in which one or
two are released each month, and travel down the uterine tubes into the woman's
uterus. There, sperm from a man can
fertilize the "eggs", if the man ejaculates sperm and semen into the
woman's vagina, while the egg(s) are present, and if the egg(s) are
"ready" to be fertilized. If
a woman becomes pregnant, hormones produced by the pituitary gland stimulate
the woman's breasts to enlarge and produce milk for the baby to drink when it's
born.
What Can Happen If the
Female Body Organs Weaken? A
woman's breasts are part of the lymphatic system of the body. That means that both toxins and nutrients
are carried through the woman's breasts, to other areas of the body. If the lymphatic fluid flows effectively
through the woman's breasts, the woman's breasts will likely remain
healthy. However, when there is poor
flow of lymphatic fluid through the breasts, and when a woman's body has too
much estrogen, and not enough progesterone, the breasts can become unhealthy,
and sometimes develop breast tumors, and breast cancer.
If a woman's ovaries weaken, the woman
can experience imbalances of female hormones throughout each month. This can result in mood swings, severe
depression, painful abdominal cramps, heavy bleeding during menstruation,
tender or painful breasts, and many other uncomfortable symptoms. A woman's female hormones can become out of
balance from weak ovaries, a weak pituitary gland, as well as if there are
infections in various areas of the woman's body (such as the ovaries, vagina,
uterus, the abdominal cavity, and other areas as well. Weak female body organs can result in a
woman being unable to become pregnant for any of a number of reasons.
Also, if a woman is going through menopause, in which the ovaries are
beginning to produce less female hormones, the woman can have many
uncomfortable experiences as well, such as hot flashes, insomnia (the inability
to fall asleep), emotional irritability, and others. By following the suggestions listed here, it's very possible that
a woman who is just beginning to go through menopause, or has gone through
menopause in the last two or three years, will have the menopause go away, as
the woman's ovaries become healthier again.
It's important for a woman who is going through menopause, or has gone
through menopause, to understand the importance of getting enough of certain
female hormones each day. To learn more
about this, here are two books I recommend people read.
The
first is called What Your Doctor May Not Tell You About Premenopause, by John R. Lee, Jesse Hanley, and Virginia Hopkins (copyright
1999; published by Warner Books, 1271
Avenue of the Americas, New York City, New York, 10020, U.S.A.; website: www.warnerbooks.com).
The
second book is called The Estrogen Alternative: Natural Hormone Therapy With Botanical
Progesterone, by Raquel Martin and Judi
Gerstung (copyright 2000; published by
Healing Arts Press, 1 Park Street, Rochester, Vermont, 05767, U.S.A.; phone: (800) 246-8648; website: www.innertraditions.com).
How To Heal and
Strengthen the Female Body Organs: I suggest doing the following for three
months if the woman's body organs presently seem to be in good health, and
seven months if the woman's body organs presently seem to be in poor health:
Suggested Supplements:
Now Foods "Pumpkin Seed Oil" - This supplement contains raw pumpkin seed oil, which is
nourishing to women’s ovaries.
(address: Now Foods, 395 Glen Ellyn Road, Bloomingdale, Illinois, 60108,
U.S.A.; phone: (630) 545-9000; website: www.nowfoods.com)
Systemic Formulas "F+" -
This supplement is designed to help a woman's body to heal the female hormone
system. (address: Systemic Formulas,
Post Office Box 1516, Ogden, Utah, 84402, U.S.A.; phone: (800) 445-4647;
website: www.systemicformulas.com)
Systemic Formulas "Fpms" - This supplement is designed to help Systemic Formulas “F+”
(mentioned above) work more effectively.
(address: Systemic Formulas, Post Office Box 1516,
Ogden, Utah, 84402, U.S.A.; phone:
(800) 445-4647; website: www.systemicformulas.com)
Suggested Dosages:
Take
five pills of Now Foods “Pumpkin Seed Oil”, each day, with food. The five pills can be taken all at one meal,
or one or two pills can be taken at various meals throughout the day.
Take
two pills of Systemic Formulas “F+” along with one pill of Systemic
Formulas “Fpms”, once a day, on an empty stomach.
Important
Notes:
If
a woman is presently taking birth control pills, the supplements listed above
will probably work better at helping the woman's body "rebalance" her
female hormone system, if the woman stops taking the birth control pills while
taking these supplements.
To
absorb menstrual flow each month, I suggest women use "pads" instead
of "tampons". Tampons tend to
provide a place for harmful bacteria to grow and reproduce quickly, while the
tampons are still in the woman's vagina.
This can result in harmful vaginal infections that can spread to other
areas of a woman's body.
To
help keep a woman's breasts healthy, I suggest that the woman follow the
suggestions on how to periodically rid the body of harmful chemical toxins,
which are shared in the webpage titled "How to Rid Your Body of
Chemical Toxins" on this www.AbundantHealth.ws website. (Click here to
view that webpage.) I
also suggest that women do not wear bras that are too tight around or under the
woman's breasts. If a woman's bra is
too tight, it can reduce blood flow and the flow of lymphatic fluid through the
breasts. The result can be that toxins
deposit in the woman's breasts, making them vulnerable to breast tumors and
possibly breast cancer. Having one's
breasts massaged periodically also helps reduce the number of toxins that might
deposit in a woman's breasts. This is
because the massaging helps to gently "push" the blood and lymphatic
fluid through the breasts, carrying many toxins that were in the breasts to
other areas of the body, like the liver and kidneys, where the toxins can be
detoxified, and/or removed from the woman's body. Also, to help keep a woman's breasts healthy, it's important that
the woman have the proper amount of progesterone in her body throughout each
month.
If
you are a woman who is presently taking any types of nutritional supplements or
medications formulated to help your female body organs to function better, it's
possible that while your female body organs are healing, you will need these
nutritional supplements and/or medications less and less. If your female body organs heal enough, it's
very possible you will eventually no longer need any of these nutritional
supplements or medications at all. I
suggest going off of any of these nutritional supplements and medications, if
you no longer need them. I suggest
doing this by reducing your dosages a little bit every week or two, until
eventually you are no longer taking any of these unnecessary nutritional
supplements and/or medications.
HEART:
What Does the Heart Do? The heart is a pump. It pumps blood throughout the body so the
blood can pick up nutrients from various areas of the body (such as getting
oxygen while in the lungs, or getting digested food from the intestines). It also pumps blood throughout the body, so
these nutrients in the blood can get to most cells in the body. Additionally, the heart pumps blood
throughout the body so toxins in the blood can get to various organs in the
body where those toxins can be detoxified (such as in the liver) or released
out of the body (such as by the kidneys, the lungs, or the skin). To some extent, the heart also helps to
regulate blood pressure.
What Can Happen If the
Heart Weakens? If the
heart weakens, the person can have poor blood circulation throughout the
body. If this occurs, the person can
have not enough nutrients in the blood and too many toxins in the blood. One possible symptom of a weak heart is
pains in the heart area of the chest as well as on either or both arms. Another symptom would be getting very tired
very quickly when doing physical activity.
In this case a person could be getting tired quickly because there is
too little blood getting to the person's muscles, and so the muscles don't get
the nutrients they need (like oxygen, sugars, and fats). Another possible symptom of a weak heart
could be getting infections in one's feet, if there is only a very small amount
of blood flow going to the person's feet. Another symptom would be having cold hands and feet, if there only
is a very small amount of blood flow going to the person's hands and feet. Also, a weak heart can result in a person
having abnormal heartbeats (known as "arrhythmia").
How To Heal and Strengthen
the Heart: To heal
and strengthen the heart I suggest following the suggestions listed below for
three months if the person’s heart presently seems to be in good health, and
six months if the person’s heart presently seems to be in poor health.
Suggested Supplements:
Matthias Rath, Inc. "Enercor" - This supplement contains a variety of nutrients that the heart
needs to keep itself healthy. (address:
Matthias Rath, Inc., 2901 Bayview Drive, Fremont, California,
94538, U.S.A.; phone: (888) 827-8700; website: www.dr-rath-vitamins.com)
Systemic Formulas "H" -
This supplement is designed to help the heart to heal itself. (address: Systemic Formulas,

Take
two pills of Matthias Rath, Inc. "Enercor”, twice a day, with meals.
Take
three pills of Systemic Formulas “H”, once a day, on an empty stomach.
Take
three pills of Systemic Formulas “N”, once a day, on an empty stomach.
Important
Notes:
If
you are presently taking any types of nutritional supplements or medications
formulated to help the heart function better, it's possible that while your
heart is healing, you will need these nutritional supplements and/or
medications less and less. If your
heart heals enough, it's possible you will eventually no longer need any of
these nutritional supplements or medications at all. I suggest going off of any of these nutritional supplements and
medications, if you no longer need them.
I suggest doing this by reducing your dosages a little bit every week or

nutritional supplements and/or medications.
To
help prevent the formation of cholesterol deposits in the heart, and to remove
any cholesterol deposits that may already be there, every year I suggest
following the suggestions on how to rid the body of cholesterol deposits, in
the webpage titled "How to Rid Your Body of Excess
Deposits" on this www.AbundantHealth.ws website. (Click here to
view that webpage.)
KIDNEYS:
What Do the Kidneys Do? The kidneys help rid the body of toxins, and
excess nutrients (such as water, certain vitamins, and certain minerals), by
removing them from the blood and lymphatic fluid, and putting them into
urine. The urine is then passed from
the kidneys to the bladder, where it stays until the person urinates. The kidneys also help regulate blood
pressure. They also help create the
type of vitamin D known as "calcitriol". If a person is starving or fasting, the kidneys can also create
the sugar, glucose.
What Can Happen If the
Kidneys Weaken? If
a person’s kidneys weaken, the person will likely have too many toxins in his
or her blood and lymphatic fluid. Also,
the person will probably have too much or little of certain nutrients in the
blood and lymphatic fluid as well. Weak
kidneys can also result in high blood pressure. They can also result in water retention. Weak kidneys can also result in the
development of kidney stones, which are the formation of stones (made of
minerals) in the kidneys. These stones
can potentially move from the kidneys into the passageways that lead from the
kidneys into the bladder. The kidney
stones can sometimes get stuck in the kidneys, or the passageways to the
bladder. If this happens, the person
generally experiences a lot of pain in that part of the body. Kidney stones can also move all the way into
the bladder. At this point they are now
called "bladder stones".
Bladder stones may be able to leave the person's body, when a person
urinates.
How To Heal and
Strengthen the Kidneys: I
suggest doing the following for three months if the person’s kidneys presently
seem to be in good health, and five months if the person’s kidneys presently
seem to be in poor health:
Suggested Supplement:
Systemic Formulas "Ks" -
This supplement is designed to help the kidneys to heal themselves. (address: Systemic Formulas,
Post Office Box 1516, Ogden, Utah, 84402, U.S.A.; phone: (800) 445-4647;

Suggested Dosage:
Take
two pills of Systemic Formulas “Ks”, once a day, on an empty stomach.

bladder stones, in the webpage titled "How to Rid Your Body of
Excess Deposits" on this www.AbundantHealth.ws website. (Click here to

If
you are presently taking any types of nutritional supplements or medications
formulated to help the kidneys function better (such as to treat certain cases
of high blood pressure, or certain cases of water retention), it's possible

LIVER and
GALL BLADDER:
What Do the Liver and
Gall Bladder Do?
The liver is the main "chemical factory" in the body. The liver creates thousands of nutrients for
the body each day. The liver also
detoxifies many toxins each day. Most,
if not all, body organs depend on the liver to create a variety of nutrients
that each of these body organs absolutely needs each day, in order to be
healthy. For example, the liver
produces about 200 nutrients just for a person's eyes. As is clear, one way to improve the health
of every organ in a person's body is to strengthen a person's liver.
The gall bladder is a
part of the liver. It is basically a
storage sack, which holds a variety of chemicals, known together as
"bile". Bile contains a
mixture of chemicals that the body is getting rid of, and a mixture of helpful
nutrients that the body uses to properly digest fats, oils, cholesterol, and
certain other nutrients. Bile is sent
into the beginning of a person's small intestinal tract, when food is passed
out of the stomach, into the small intestines.
There, the bile mixes with the food.
What Can Happen If the
Liver and Gall Bladder Weaken? If a person’s liver gets too weak,
practically any disease can ultimately occur.
This is because, when the liver weakens, too many toxins remain in the
body, and not enough nutrients are created by the liver (to nourish each of the
body organs). Which body organs weaken
first, partly depends on which body organs are most affected by the extra
toxins, and lack of nutrients in the body.
Simply put, when someone has a weak liver, practically any disease can
eventually occur.
When someone has a weak
gall bladder, certain nutrients in food are not digested properly. This can result in the person developing
nutritional deficiencies for one or more of these nutrients. Also an unhealthy gall bladder can become
clogged with gall stones. Some types of
gall stones are made of minerals. They
will show up on ultrasound exams. Other
types of gall stones are made from hardened bile. They do not show up on ultrasound exams, even though often times
a person's gall bladder is completely filled with them. If a gall stone gets clogged in the
passageway between the gall bladder and the small intestines, the person can
have a "gall bladder attack".
This results in the person experiencing major pain in that part of the
body, bile backing up in the liver, and often the person will also have a
fever. Sometimes stones like gall
stones will form in a person's liver, in the passageways that lead from other
parts of the liver into the gall bladder.
I call these stones, "liver stones".
How To Heal and
Strengthen the Liver and Gall Bladder: I suggest doing the following for three
months if the person’s liver and gall bladder presently seem to be in good
health, and seven months if the person’s liver and gall bladder presently seem
to be in poor health:
Suggested Supplements:
Systemic Formulas "L" -
This supplement is designed to help the liver to heal itself. (address: Systemic Formulas,
Post Office Box 1516, Ogden, Utah, 84402, U.S.A.; phone: (800) 445-4647;

U.S.A.; phone: (800) 445-4647; website: www.systemicformulas.com)
Suggested Dosages:
Take
two pills of Systemic Formulas “L”, once a day, on an empty stomach (preferably
in the morning).
Take
three pills of Systemic Formulas “Lb”, once a day, on an empty stomach.
Important
Notes:
To

following the suggestions on how to rid the body of liver stones and gall
stones, in the webpage titled "How to Rid Your Body of
Excess Deposits" on this www.AbundantHealth.ws website. (Click here to
view that webpage.)
You
may presently be taking one or more medications formulated to help your liver
and gall bladder function better (such as the medication called
"Lipitor", to help lower blood cholesterol levels). You may also be taking nutritional
supplements to help other body organs that are weak, as a result of a weak
liver. If this is the case, it's
possible that while your liver and gall bladder are healing, you will need
these nutritional supplements and/or medications less and less. If your liver and gall bladder heal enough,
it's very possible you will eventually no longer need any of these nutritional
supplements or medications at all. I
suggest going off of any of these nutritional supplements and medications, if
you no longer need them. I suggest
doing this by reducing your dosages a little bit every week or two, until
eventually you are no longer taking any of these unnecessary nutritional supplements
and/or medications.
LUNGS:
What Do the Lungs Do? The lungs are like bags or balloons that
fill up with air when we breathe in, and partially empty of air when we breathe
out. The lungs always have some air in
them. The lungs put oxygen (O2)
into the blood, and take carbon dioxide (CO2)
out of the blood. The body uses large
amounts of oxygen, as an important nutrient.
In fact, oxygen is such an important nutrient that a person will die
within minutes without it. The carbon
dioxide that the lungs remove from the blood is a toxin. Most cells in the body normally produce
large amounts of carbon dioxide, as they perform their normal daily jobs. Therefore, carbon dioxide is a type of
metabolic waste. The lungs can also
remove a variety of other toxins from the blood as well. So we can see that the lungs both provide
our bodies with nourishing oxygen, and help remove certain toxins from our
bodies as well.
What Can Happen If the
Lungs Weaken? If a
person’s lungs weaken, a person's body will not get as much oxygen as it
needs. All body organs will not work
properly, and it will take longer for a person's body to heal from an injury or
disease. Also, if a person's lungs are
weak, the lungs will not remove carbon dioxide, and other toxins, from the
person's blood as quickly as normal.
This will result in the person's body having too many toxins, which will
also result in every body organ being weak.
How To Heal and
Strengthen the Lungs: I
suggest doing the following for three months if the person’s lungs presently
seem to be in good health, and five months if the person’s lungs presently seem
to be in poor health:
Suggested Supplement:
Systemic Formulas "R" -
This supplement is designed to help the lungs to heal themselves. (address: Systemic Formulas,
Post Office Box 1516, Ogden, Utah, 84402, U.S.A.; phone: (800) 445-4647;

Take
two pills of Systemic Formulas “R”, once a day, on an empty stomach.
Important

nutritional supplements and/or medications.
MALE BODY
ORGANS:
What Do the Male Body
Organs Do? The male
body organs consist of the penis, scrotum, testicles, seminal vesicles,
prostate gland, and a variety of ducts (passageways) from some of these organs
to other organs. Here we will mainly
focus on healing and strengthening the testicles and prostate gland. The pituitary gland tells the testicles to
create male hormones. Then the
testicles create the male hormone testosterone. Some of this testosterone is then made into another male hormone
called dihydrotestosterone (also called "DHT"). These male hormones are important for a
man's body to develop properly from a child into an adult. These male hormones also help a man to
become sexually excited, and these hormones are also needed for a man's penis
to enlarge when he is sexual excited.
Additionally, these hormones stimulate a man's body to make proteins
from amino acids, which helps men build strong muscles. The testicles also create sperm, which are
needed to "fertilize" a woman's "egg". The sperm float (swim) in a liquid called
semen. The prostate gland produces a
variety of nutrients that are mixed into the semen. When a man ejaculates into a woman's vagina, these nutrients from
the prostate gland, help the sperm to be successful at reaching the woman's
"egg".
What Can Happen If the
Male Body Organs Weaken? If
a man's testicles weaken, the man may have a lower sex drive than normal. The man may also be "impotent"
(unable to have an erection of the penis).
The man's testicles may produce less sperm. Also, the man may lose some of his muscle strength. If a man's prostate gland weakens, it may
become enlarged. When this happens, it
can squeeze against the urethra (which goes right through the middle of the
prostate gland). The urethra is the
passageway that carries urine from the bladder, through the penis, and out of
the body. So if a man has an enlarged
prostate gland, he may have trouble urinating as well.
How To Heal and Strengthen
the Male Body Organs: I
suggest doing the following for three months if the man's body organs presently
seem to be in good health, and five months if the man's body organs presently
seem to be in poor health:
Suggested Supplements:
Now Foods "Pumpkin Seed Oil" - This supplement contains raw pumpkin seed oil, which is
nourishing to a man's prostate gland.
(address: Now Foods, 395 Glen Ellyn Road, Bloomingdale, Illinois, 60108,
U.S.A.; phone: (630) 545-9000; website: www.nowfoods.com)
Systemic Formulas "Mpc" - This supplement is designed to help the man's body to heal and
strengthen the pituitary gland, testicles and prostate gland. It also is formulated to help improve blood
circulation through the prostate gland (since normally there is very little
blood flow there). This supplement also
contains some herbs intended to kill certain harmful infections that may be living
in a man's prostate gland. (address:
Systemic Formulas, Post Office Box 1516, Ogden, Utah, 84402,
U.S.A.; phone: (800) 445-4647; website: www.systemicformulas.com)
Systemic Formulas "M+" -
This supplement is designed to help the man's body to heal and strengthen the
testicles and prostate gland. (address:
Systemic Formulas, Post Office Box 1516, Ogden, Utah, 84402,
U.S.A.; phone: (800) 445-4647; website: www.systemicformulas.com)
Suggested Dosages:
Take

Take
three pills of Systemic Formulas “Mpc”, once a day, on an empty stomach.
Take
three pills of Systemic Formulas “M+”, once a day, on an empty stomach.
Important
Notes:
If
you are a man who is presently taking any types of nutritional supplements or
medications formulated to help your pituitary gland, testicles, or prostate
gland function better, it's possible that while your pituitary gland,
testicles, and prostate gland are healing, you will need these nutritional
supplements and/or medications less and less.
If your pituitary gland, testicles, and prostate gland heal enough, it's
very possible you will eventually no longer need any of these nutritional supplements
or medications at all. I suggest going
off of any of these nutritional supplements and medications, if you no longer
need them. I suggest doing this by

MUSCLES,
TENDONS, and LIGAMENTS:
What Do the Muscles,
Tendons, and Ligaments Do?
Our bodies have different types of muscles. "Skeletal muscles" usually connect to bones, and when
we flex (contract) these muscles, certain parts of our bodies move. "Cardiac muscles" are mainly what
the heart is made of, and this type of muscle flexes (contracts) on its own to
make the heart keep beating (pumping blood).
"Smooth muscles" are often in the walls of passageways in our
bodies, such as in certain blood vessel walls, and in the stomach and
intestines. These muscles help move
blood through the blood vessels, and food through the stomach and
intestines. Smooth muscles are also
found in our skin, where they are attached to strands of hair. When these muscles flex (contract) they make
our hair stand up straighter (such as when our skin is very cold). Tendons are strong "bands" of
connective tissue that connect muscles to bones. Ligaments are strong "bands" of connective tissue that
connect one bone to one or more another bones.
Together, muscles, tendons, and ligaments help our bodies to move in a
variety of ways...be it walking, breathing, pumping blood, blinking our eyes,
pushing food through our intestines, smiling, and many other types of movements
that our bodies can make.
What Can Happen If the
Muscles, Tendons, and Ligaments Weaken? Naturally, if the muscles, tendons, and/or
ligaments weaken, a person will have trouble moving certain parts of the body,
or the person won't be able to move certain parts of the person's body at
all. For example, if the skeletal
muscles, tendons, and ligaments that help move a person's legs become weak, the
person may get tired from walking. If
the person's leg muscles, tendons, and ligaments become even weaker, the person
might not even be able to walk or stand.
If the cardiac muscles in a person's heart weaken, the person's heart
might pump too little blood to provide enough oxygen to all of the body
organs. If the heart muscles become even
weaker, the person could possibly have a heart attack. If the smooth muscles that move food through
a person's intestines become weak, the person could become constipated. This can be painful, and it can result in
extremely poor digestion, which can potentially ruin the health of the rest of
the person's body. Also, muscles that
are unhealthy may cramp or spasm, which can be very uncomfortable, and
sometimes extremely painful.
How To Heal and
Strengthen the Muscles, Tendons, and Ligaments: I suggest doing the following for three
months if the person’s muscles, tendons, and ligaments presently seem to be in
good health, and five months if the person’s muscles, tendons, and ligaments
presently seems to be in poor health:
Suggested Supplement:
Systemic Formulas "KYRO" - This supplement is designed to help the body to heal and
strengthen the muscles, tendons, and ligaments. (address: Systemic Formulas, Post Office Box 1516,
Ogden, Utah, 84402, U.S.A.; phone:
(800) 445-4647; website: www.systemicformulas.com)
Suggested Dosage:
Take
three pills of Systemic Formulas “KYRO” each day, with or without food.
Important
Notes:
It's
also important that people make sure they get enough amino acids during this
time-period, to make sure the body has enough protein to heal and build strong
muscles. More information about amino
acids is in the section called "Supplying Our Bodies With Amino Acids and
Proteins!", which is in the webpage titled "What
Nutrients Do People Need?" on this www.AbundantHealth.ws website. (Click here to
view that webpage.)
If
you are presently taking any types of nutritional supplements or medications
formulated to help your muscles, tendons, or ligaments function better, it's
possible that while your muscles, tendons, and ligaments are healing, you will
need these nutritional supplements and/or medications less and less. If your muscles, tendons, and ligaments heal
enough, it's very possible you will eventually no longer need any of these
nutritional supplements or medications at all.
I suggest going off of any of these nutritional supplements and
medications, if you no longer need them.
I suggest doing this by reducing your dosages a little bit every week or
two, until eventually you are no longer taking any of these unnecessary
nutritional supplements and/or medications.
PANCREAS:
What Does the Pancreas
Do? The
pancreas produces digestive enzymes that help a person’s body digest food in
the intestines. The pancreas also
produces four hormones. The hormone
known as "pancreatic polypeptide" regulates when the pancreas sends
digestive enzymes into the intestines.
The hormone known as "glucagon" increases the amount of the
sugar glucose in the blood. The hormone
known as "insulin" decreases the amount of the sugar glucose in the
blood. Insulin also encourages the
body's cells to absorb amino acids and create proteins with them. Insulin also helps the body to create fatty
acids, and it slows down the body's use of fat to create energy. The hormone known as "growth hormone
inhibiting hormone" (also called "GHIH" and "somatostatin")
reduces the amounts of glucagon and insulin that the pancreas releases into the
body.
What Can Happen If the
Pancreas Weakens? If
a person’s pancreas becomes weak, the person may have poor digestion, high
blood sugar (diabetes), low blood sugar (hypoglycemia), poor ability to create
proteins from amino acids, and the person may be overweight from storing too
much fat.
How To Heal and
Strengthen the Pancreas: I
suggest doing the following for three months if the person’s pancreas presently
seems to be in good health, and six months if the person’s pancreas presently
seems to be in poor health:
Suggested Supplement:
Systemic Formulas "P" -
This supplement is designed to help the pancreas to heal itself. (address: Systemic Formulas,
Post Office Box 1516, Ogden, Utah, 84402, U.S.A.; phone: (800) 445-4647;
website: www.systemicformulas.com)
Suggested Dosage:
Take
two pills of Systemic Formulas “P”, once a day, on an empty stomach.
Important
Notes:
If
you are presently taking any types of nutritional supplements or medications
formulated to help the pancreas function better (such as the hormone, insulin,
or the medication called "Glucophage" to treat Type II diabetes),
it's very possible that while your pancreas is healing, you will need these
nutritional supplements and/or medications less and less. If your pancreas heals enough, it's very
possible you will eventually no longer need any of these nutritional
supplements or medications at all. I
suggest going off of any of these nutritional supplements and medications, if
you no longer need them. I suggest
doing this by reducing your dosages a little bit every week or two, until
eventually you are no longer taking any of these unnecessary nutritional
supplements and/or medications.
PINEAL
GLAND:
What Does the Pineal
Gland Do? The
pineal gland is located in the lower, middle area of the brain. The pineal gland produces a hormone called
"melatonin". This hormone
makes people feel sleepy. In general,
melatonin is produced by the pineal gland at the time of the day when people
normally sleep (which is usually at night).
However, the production of melatonin is also regulated by how much light
enters people's eyes. When it's dark
(and very little light enters a person's eyes), the pineal gland generally
produces more melatonin (which results in the person feeling sleepy). However, when there is light entering a
person's eyes (such as sunlight in the morning, and throughout the daytime),
the pineal gland produces little or no melatonin (which results in the person
feeling less sleepy, and more awake).
So the pineal gland helps regulate people's daily sleep cycles, by
helping people to feel tired during their daily sleep time. Melatonin is made in the body, partly from
the amino acid, tryptophan.
What Can Happen If the
Pineal Gland Weakens? If
a person’s pineal gland becomes weak, it may produce too much or too little
melatonin, at various times of the day.
If too little melatonin is produced when the person would like to be
sleeping, the person may have trouble falling asleep. If too much melatonin is being produced when the person would
like to be awake, the person may feel sleepy.
How To Heal and
Strengthen the Pineal Gland: I suggest doing the following for three
months if the person’s pineal gland presently seems to be in good health, and
five months if the person’s pineal gland presently seems to be in poor health:
Suggested Supplement:
Systemic Formulas "Gb" -
This supplement is designed to help the pineal gland (and pituitary gland) to
heal itself. This supplement also helps
the middle part of the brain to heal itself.
(address: Systemic Formulas, Post Office Box 1516,
Ogden, Utah, 84402, U.S.A.; phone:
(800) 445-4647; website: www.systemicformulas.com)
Suggested Dosage:
Take
two pills of Systemic Formulas “Gb”, once a day, on an empty stomach.
Important
Notes:
If
you are presently taking any types of sleep aids (such as certain nutritional
supplements or medications formulated to help people sleep), it's possible that
while your pineal gland is healing, you will need your sleep aids less and
less. If your pineal gland heals
enough, it's very possible you will eventually no longer need any sleep aids at
all. I suggest going off of any sleep
aids you no longer need. I suggest
doing this by reducing your sleep aid dosages a little bit every week or two,
until eventually you are no longer taking any unnecessary sleep aids.
PITUITARY
GLAND:
What Does the Pituitary
Gland Do? The
pituitary gland is located in the lower, middle area of the brain. The pituitary gland produces a large variety
of hormones. The hormone known as
"growth hormone" is also called "GH", "human growth
hormone", "hGH", "high growth hormone", and
"HGH". This hormone is
produced by the pituitary gland, and it stimulates the body's cells to grow
quicker, and heal quicker. Growth
hormone also encourages the body to make proteins, break down fats, and use
less of the sugar, glucose, to create energy.
The hormone known as "MSH" (also called
"melanocytestimulating hormone") encourages skin cells to produce
more of the dark skin pigment (called melanin) in the skin cells. Melanin protects people's skin from getting
damaged by too much sunlight. The
hormone known as "ACTH" (also called "adrenocorticotropic
hormone") stimulates the adrenal glands to produce certain hormones, known
as glucocorticoids. These
glucocorticoids encourage the body to use glucose to produce energy, and they
also encourage the body to decrease swelling in injured body areas. The hormone known as "TSH" (also
called "thyroid-stimulating hormone") stimulates the thyroid gland to
release it's hormones into the blood stream.
The hormone known as "prolactin" (also called "PRL")
stimulates breast milk production in women who are pregnant. The hormone known as "FSH" (also
called "follicle-stimulating hormone") in women's bodies, encourages
the ovaries to produce eggs, and to produce the female hormone, estrogen. In men's bodies, FSH encourages the
testicles to produce sperm. The hormone
known as "LH" (also called "luteinizing hormone") in
women's bodies encourages unfertilized eggs to be released into the uterous
(where they can potentially be fertilized by men's sperm), and it encourages
the ovaries to produce the female hormones, estrogen and progesterone. It also helps prepare pregnant women's
breasts to be able to produce milk. In
men's bodies, LH stimulates the testicles to release the male hormone,
testosterone, into the blood stream.
The hormone known as "ADH" (also called "antidiuretic
hormone") stimulates the kidneys to put less water in urine, so other body
organs can use that water to perform their daily functions. The hormone known as "oxytocin"
(also called "OT") encourages women's breasts to secrete milk, and
when a pregnant woman is in the process of having a baby, oxytocin encourages
the uterus to contract (which "pushes" the baby out of the uterus)
during childbirth.
As you can see, the pituitary gland not only produces hormones that immediately do work in the body, but it also produces a wide variety of hormones that stimulate other body organs to produce their own hormones. It's for this reason that the pituitary is sometimes called the "master gland" in the human body. Clearly, a healthy pituitary gland is absolutely necessary for good health!
What Can Happen If the
Pituitary Gland Weakens?
Practically every body organ depends on the pituitary gland, in some way
or another, in order to be healthy. If
a person's pituitary gland becomes weak, almost any health imbalance can
eventually occur. For example, if the
pituitary gland produces too much growth hormone during childhood, a person's
body can grow to be much larger than normal.
The person will grow to become a "giant", possibly seven feet (about
two meters) tall, or taller. If the
pituitary gland produces too little growth hormone during childhood, a person
can grow to become much shorter than is normal. The person will become a "dwarf", possibly only three
feet (about 90 centimeters) tall. If
the pituitary gland produces too little of the hormone ACTH, the person may
experience, hypoglycemia (low blood sugar), nausea, vomiting, weight loss, low
blood pressure, weak muscles, and dehydration.
If the pituitary gland produces too much of the hormone TSH, the person
may have an overactive thyroid gland, which can result in poor sleep, rapid
weight loss, and possibly death. If the
pituitary gland in a man's body produces too much of the hormone prolactin, the
man can become "impotent" (the inability of the man's penis to become
erect when sexually aroused). If the
pituitary gland in a woman's body produces too much of the hormone prolactin,
the woman may stop having her monthly menstrual periods (and so she will not be
able to become pregnant). If a person's
pituitary gland produces too little of the hormone ADH, the person's kidneys
will make too much urine, and as a result the person's body will lose too much
water because the person will be urinating out too much water. The person might have to urinate (because
the person's bladder is full) every hour or so. Unless the person drinks extremely large amounts of water each
day, the person may experience a very dangerous level of dehydration (not enough
water in the body). A child whose pituitary
gland is producing too little ADH, may not only urinate often throughout the
day, but may also experience bed-wetting (urinating while sleeping) at
night. There are many more health
imbalances that can result from a weak pituitary gland, but I think this gives
you an idea of the importance of keeping one's pituitary gland in wonderful
health!
How To Heal and
Strengthen the Pituitary Gland: I suggest doing the following for three
months if the person’s pituitary gland presently seems to be in good health,
and five months if the person’s pituitary gland presently seems to be in poor
health:
Suggested Supplement:
Systemic Formulas "Gb" -
This supplement is designed to help the pituitary gland (and pineal gland) to
heal itself. This supplement also helps
the middle part of the brain to heal itself.
(address: Systemic Formulas, Post Office Box 1516,
Ogden, Utah, 84402, U.S.A.; phone:
(800) 445-4647; website: www.systemicformulas.com)
Suggested Dosage:
Take
two pills of Systemic Formulas “Gb”, once a day, on an empty stomach.
Important
Notes:
If
you are presently taking any types of nutritional supplements or medications
formulated to help your pituitary gland function better, or another body organ
function better (that is not working correctly because the pituitary gland is
not working properly), it's possible that while your pituitary gland is
healing, you will need these nutritional supplements and/or medications less
and less. If your pituitary gland heals
enough, it's very possible you will eventually no longer need any of these
nutritional supplements or medications at all.
I suggest going off of any of these nutritional supplements and
medications, if you no longer need them.
I suggest doing this by reducing your dosages a little bit every week or
two, until eventually you are no longer taking any of these unnecessary
nutritional supplements and/or medications.
SPLEEN:
What Does the Spleen Do? The spleen is a body organ that does a
variety of things to help the body. For
example, the spleen is a place where certain types of white blood cells are
produced. These white blood cells
create chemicals, known as antibodies, which are released into the body to kill
various types of harmful infections.
The spleen also is a place where certain types of white blood cells
"eat" and destroy certain types of harmful bacteria, worn out and
damaged red blood cells, and worn out and damaged blood platelets. Also, the spleen stores a large amount of
blood. This stored blood is sent into
the blood stream at times when extra blood is needed throughout the body, such
as if a person is injured and loses a lot of blood, or if a person is in great
stress or danger (such as when being attacked by another person or an
aggressive dog).
What Can Happen If the
Spleen Weakens? If
a person’s spleen weakens, the person may have fewer white blood cells than
normal. This may mean that the person
may have more infections than normal, and that the person's body may have a
harder time killing these infections.
Also, a weak spleen may result in the person's blood having a large
amount of worn out and damaged red blood cells, and worn out and damaged blood
platelets. This could take up valuable
space where healthier ones could be instead.
And finally, if a person has a weak spleen, the spleen might not be able
to send large amounts of extra blood into the blood stream at times when extra
blood might be helpful or lifesaving.
How To Heal and
Strengthen the Spleen: I
suggest doing the following for three months if the person’s spleen presently
seems to be in good health, and five months if the person’s spleen presently
seems to be in poor health:
Suggested Supplement:
Systemic Formulas "S" -
This supplement is designed to help the spleen to heal itself. (address: Systemic Formulas,
Post Office Box 1516, Ogden, Utah, 84402, U.S.A.; phone: (800) 445-4647;
website: www.systemicformulas.com)
Suggested Dosage:
Take
two pills of Systemic Formulas “S”, once a day, on an empty stomach.
Important
Notes:
If
you are presently taking any types of nutritional supplements or medications
formulated to help your spleen function better, it's possible that while your
spleen is healing, you will need these nutritional supplements and/or
medications less and less. If your
spleen heals enough, it's very possible you will eventually no longer need any
of these nutritional supplements or medications at all. I suggest going off of any of these
nutritional supplements and medications, if you no longer need them. I suggest doing this by reducing your
dosages a little bit every week or two, until eventually you are no longer
taking any of these unnecessary nutritional supplements and/or medications.
STOMACH
and INTESTINES:
What
Do the Stomach and Intestines Do? The stomach and intestines digest the foods
and drinks we have, so our bodies can use the nutrients in them to build and
maintain healthy bodies. To learn more
about how the stomach and intestines participate in digestion, you are welcome
to read the section called "How Do Our Digestive Systems Work?",
which is in the webpage titled "What Nutrients Do People
Need?" on this www.AbundantHealth.ws website. (Click here to
view that webpage.)
What Can Happen If the
Stomach and Intestines Weaken? If a person’s stomach and/or intestines
weaken, the person will not be able to digest foods and drinks properly. As a result, the person will not get enough
nutrients into the person's blood and lymphatic fluid. As a result, the various body organs will
not get enough nutrients to remain healthy.
Because of this, almost any health imbalance can eventually occur, since
no body organs will be healthy in the person's body.
How To Heal and Strengthen
the Stomach and Intestines: I
suggest doing the following for three months if the person’s stomach and
intestines presently seem to be in good health, and five months if the person’s
stomach and intestines presently seem to be in poor health:
Suggested Supplements:
Systemic Formulas "DSIR" - This supplement is designed to help the stomach and the first
part of the intestines to heal themselves.
(address: Systemic Formulas, Post Office Box 1516,
Ogden, Utah, 84402, U.S.A.; phone:
(800) 445-4647; website: www.systemicformulas.com)
Systemic Formulas "C" -
This supplement is designed to help the intestines to heal itself. (address: Systemic Formulas,
Post Office Box 1516, Ogden, Utah, 84402, U.S.A.; phone: (800) 445-4647;
website: www.systemicformulas.com)
Suggested Dosages:
Take
three pills of Systemic Formulas “DSIR”, once a day, on an empty stomach.
Take
two pills of Systemic Formulas “C”, once a day, on an empty stomach.
Important
Notes:
In
addition to taking the supplements mentioned above, it's also important that a
helpful intestinal bacteria supplement be taken during this time, as well. A number of helpful intestinal bacteria
supplements are recommended in the section called "Supplying Our Bodies
With Helpful Bacteria!", which is in the webpage
titled "What Nutrients Do People Need?" on this www.AbundantHealth.ws
website. (Click here to
view that webpage.)
If
you are presently taking any types of nutritional supplements or medications
formulated to help your stomach and/or intestines function better (such as
laxatives or stool softeners), it's possible that while your stomach and
intestines are healing, you will need these nutritional supplements and/or
medications less and less. If your
stomach and/or intestines heal enough, it's very possible you will eventually
no longer need any of these nutritional supplements or medications at all. I suggest going off of any of these
nutritional supplements and medications, if you no longer need them. I suggest doing this by reducing your
dosages a little bit every week or two, until eventually you are no longer
taking any of these unnecessary nutritional supplements and/or medications.
THYMUS
GLAND:
What Does the Thymus
Gland Do? The
thymus gland is a place in the body where certain types of baby white blood
cells gather, and then mature into adult white blood cells. The thymus gland also produces certain
hormones that are believed to aid the immune system in some way, perhaps by
helping the white blood cells function better.
Children's thymus glands
are especially healthy and active. When
people mature into adults, their thymus glands work less and less, and begin
deteriorating away. As people become
elderly, their thymus glands work very little, or not at all. Many elderly people have barely any thymus
glands left. For this reason, I believe
it's especially important to focus some attention on helping to keep a person's
thymus gland youthful and healthy.
What Can Happen If the
Thymus Gland Weakens? If
a person’s thymus gland weakens, the person may have fewer white blood cells
than normal. Also, some of the person's
white blood cells will be less effective at killing harmful infections. This may mean that the person may have more
infections than normal, and that the person's body may have a harder time
killing these infections.
How To Heal and
Strengthen the Thymus Gland: I suggest doing the following for three
months if the person’s thymus gland presently seems to be in good health, and
five months if the person’s thymus gland presently seems to be in poor health
(which is probably the case with most adults):
Suggested Supplement:
Systemic Formulas "Gt" -
This supplement is designed to help the pituitary gland to heal itself. (address: Systemic Formulas,
Post Office Box 1516, Ogden, Utah, 84402, U.S.A.; phone: (800) 445-4647;
website: www.systemicformulas.com)
Suggested Dosage:
Take
two pills of Systemic Formulas “Gt”, once a day, on an empty stomach.
Important
Notes:
If
you are presently taking any types of nutritional supplements or medications formulated
to help your thymus gland function better, it's possible that while your thymus
gland is healing, you will need these nutritional supplements and/or
medications less and less. If your
thymus gland heals enough, it's very possible you will eventually no longer
need any of these nutritional supplements or medications at all. I suggest going off of any of these
nutritional supplements and medications, if you no longer need them. I suggest doing this by reducing your
dosages a little bit every week or two, until eventually you are no longer
taking any of these unnecessary nutritional supplements and/or medications.
THYROID
GLAND and PARATHYROID GLANDS:
What Do the Thyroid
Gland and Parathyroid Glands Do? The thyroid gland is located at the lower
area of a person's throat. Inside the
thyroid gland are four smaller glands, known as the parathyroid glands. The thyroid gland produces two hormones,
known as "T3" (also
called "triiodothyronine") and "T4"
(also called "thyroxin" and "tetraiodothyronine"), which
tell the various body organs how quickly to do their jobs. The thyroid gland and parathyroid glands
also produce hormones that regulate how much bone is created and destroyed by
the body each day. To do this, the
thyroid gland produces the hormone, known as "calcitonin" (also
called "CT"), which encourages the body to use calcium and phosphates
(certain types of molecules that contain phosphorus) that are in the blood, to
create bone. Opposite to this, the
parathyroid glands produce a hormone known as "parathyroid hormone"
(also called "PTH" and "parathormone"), which encourages
the body to take calcium and phosphates out of bone, and put them into the
blood stream. It also encourages the
kidneys to remove more calcium and magnesium out of urine, and put them into
the blood stream. Another effect
parathyroid hormone has is to encourage the kidneys to use vitamin D to make
the hormone "calcitriol", which increases the speed that the body
absorbs calcium, magnesium, and phosphates from the intestines, into the blood
stream. When the body collects an
abundance of calcium, magnesium, and phosphates into the blood stream, then the
thyroid gland is likely to produce more of the hormone calcitonin, which will
encourage the body to use these minerals to produce more bone. So you can see how calcitonin and
parathyroid hormone work together as a team to keep a person's bones as strong
and healthy as possible.
What Can Happen If the
Thyroid Gland and Parathyroid Glands Weaken? If a person’s thyroid gland and/or
parathyroid glands weaken, various health imbalances may occur. For example, if the thyroid gland produces
too little of the T3 and T4
hormones, the person's body organs will do their jobs too slowly, and the
person may become overweight, and have a variety of health problems, since few
body organs, if any, will be working properly.
On the other hand, if the thyroid gland produces too much of these
hormones, then the person's body organs will do their jobs too quickly. This can result in a person having trouble
sleeping, losing weight very quickly, and possibly dying. Regarding the ability of the thyroid gland
and parathyroid glands to regulate bone strength (bone density), if either the
thyroid gland or parathyroid glands are weak, the body may not be able to
create and maintain strong bones. The
body may also not be able to maintain healthy amounts of certain minerals (like
calcium, phosphorus, and magnesium) in the blood stream.
How To Heal and
Strengthen the Thyroid Gland and Parathyroid Glands: I suggest doing the following for three
months if the person’s thyroid gland and parathyroid glands presently seem to
be in good health, and six months if the person’s thyroid gland and parathyroid
glands presently seem to be in poor health:
Suggested Supplement:
Systemic Formulas "Gf" -
This supplement is designed to help the thyroid gland and parathyroid glands to
heal themselves. (address: Systemic
Formulas, Post Office Box 1516, Ogden, Utah, 84402,
U.S.A.; phone: (800) 445-4647; website: www.systemicformulas.com)
Suggested Dosage:
Take
two pills of Systemic Formulas “Gf”, once a day, on an empty stomach.
Important
Notes:
If
you are presently taking any types of nutritional supplements or medications
formulated to help your thyroid gland and/or parathyroid glands function better
(such as for an overactive or underactive thyroid gland), it's extremely
likely that while your thyroid gland and/or parathyroid glands are healing,
you will need these nutritional supplements and/or medications less and
less. If your thyroid gland and/or
parathyroid glands heal enough, it's very likely you will eventually no longer
need any of these nutritional supplements or medications at all. I suggest going off of any of these
nutritional supplements and medications, if you no longer need them. I suggest doing this by reducing your
dosages a little bit every week or two, until eventually you are no longer
taking any of these unnecessary nutritional supplements and/or medications.
As you can see,
our bodies have a wonderful variety of body organs, and they each make exciting
contributions to keep us healthy! In my
opinion, it certainly seems worth the effort to keep them healthy and strong!
