HOW TO RID YOUR BODY

OF CHEMICAL TOXINS!

Harmful chemicals include ALL chemicals that can hurt one’s body.  This can include both natural chemicals (like an excess of certain minerals), and also synthetic (man-made) chemicals (like various pesticides, food additives, and prescription drugs).  In this webpage I will share three main ways to rid the body of harmful chemicals.

1) AVOID VARIOUS TOXINS - The first way is to avoid ingesting various toxic chemicals.  In other words, a person can avoid eating, drinking, and breathing toxic chemicals.  It's also important to avoid putting toxic chemicals on one's skin, because the body can absorb many toxic chemicals through the skin, and into the person's blood stream and lymphatic system.

2) ENCOURAGE THE LIVER AND KIDNEYS TO WORK BETTER - The second way to rid the body of toxic chemicals is to encourage the liver and kidneys to work better, since these body organs help to rid the body of many different types of chemical toxins.

3) RELEASE STORED TOXINS - The third way to rid the body of chemical toxins, is to encourage one’s body to release any harmful chemicals that are presently stored in the person’s body.

I highly suggest that each person do all three of these approaches, in order to encourage one’s body to be as free as is realistically possible of any toxic chemicals.  With that in mind, let’s address each of these three ways to rid each person’s body of harmful chemicals.

The First Way:  Avoid Various Toxins!

We are all exposed to a variety of toxins each day!  Some types of toxins come from inside our bodies, and other types come from outside our bodies.  Toxins come from within our own bodies as a natural result of the chemical reactions our bodies must perform each day in order to keep us alive (such as creating energy, or killing harmful bacteria and viruses).  A healthy body then detoxifies these poisons by changing them into safer chemicals, and/or by getting them out of the body through the urine, lungs, or various other ways.

Our bodies also absorb various environmental toxins that we are exposed to each day.  In other words, there are plenty of toxins that are absorbed into our bodies from the air we breathe, the food we eat, the clothes we wear, the water we drink, bathe in, or shower in, and various other ways as well.

Having a lot of toxins from within our bodies and from outside our bodies can sometimes overwhelm our bodies when these toxins are collecting inside our bodies quicker than our bodies can convert them into nontoxins or remove the toxins from our bodies.  When peoples' bodies start accumulating toxins, the result is that a variety of health imbalances occur.  The symptoms from these health imbalances are a combined result of the damaging effects upon the body by the toxins, and the body's attempt to convert the toxins into nontoxins or remove the toxins from the body.  When the body can do neither of these effectively, the body will often store many of these toxins in body tissue (especially fat cells).

One way this is often seen is when people gain excess body fat.  Often they are gaining body fat, not because they are eating too much food, but rather because the body is increasing the size of the person's fat cells, in order to store various toxins there.  The body will store them there until such time that the body can convert them into nontoxins, or remove the stored toxins from the body.  With this in mind, it’s very likely that by following the suggestions in the various webpages on this www.AbundantHealth.ws website, many people who are overweight will naturally lose most, or all of their excess weight without even having to go on a low-calorie diet.  When people are healthy their weight naturally balances out to a weight that is more ideal for them.  (More information on weight loss can be found in the webpage titled "How to Heal or Improve Many Health Challenges!" on this www.AbundantHealth.ws website.   Click here to view that webpage.)

Other ways that toxins may take their toll on the body is by weakening important body organs, such as the liver, kidneys, or pancreas.  And when one body organ weakens, the body gets more out of balance, and more body organs weaken as a result.  This webpage will share with you how to reverse that.

With the above in mind, let's now explore some practical ways that we can reduce the amount of toxins that our bodies are exposed to throughout our daily living.

Breathe Healthy Air!

One of the more obvious sources of toxins that we are all exposed to is air.  We all must breathe, and there are some toxins that are present in our air that realistically we probably can't avoid.

However, there are some airborne toxins that people can often easily avoid.  For example, the toxins in cigarette, cigar, and pipe smoke can often be avoided by quitting smoking (if you are a smoker) and by avoiding the smoke from others who are smoking whenever it's reasonably possible.  My friends are aware that I prefer to avoid breathing in tobacco smoke, so what we generally do is whenever they are smoking near me and we are outdoors, I see which way the wind is blowing the smoke, and I stand on the opposite side of the person.  This way the smoke naturally blows away from me, and so the smokers and I are both comfortable.

There are other toxins that people can often easily avoid, such as car exhaust, industrial pollutants, paint fumes, glue fumes, pesticides, and even certain cosmetics (such as various hair sprays).  We can't avoid all airborne toxins, but we can certainly avoid many of them.  I suggest simply using common sense.

Drink Healthy Water!

Many water treatment facilities put toxins in drinking water to try to kill harmful bacteria, viruses, and protozoa.  Sometimes pesticides and other toxins, find their way into water supplies as well.  With this in mind, I encourage people to find a good source of drinking water if possible.  (There is plenty of helpful information on how to have healthy drinking water in the webpage titled "What Nutrients Do People Need?" on this www.AbundantHealth.ws website.   Click here to view that webpage.)

Eat Healthy Meals!

It’s wise to avoid eating plant foods that were grown using synthetic fertilizers and pesticides, and animal foods in which the animals were raised by being given hormones, antibiotics, and inorganic food.  It’s also important to avoid foods that contain artificial food additives (like artificial food colors, artificial food flavorings, and synthetic preservatives).  (More information on this can be found in the webpage titled "What Nutrients Do People Need?" on this www.AbundantHealth.ws website.   Click here to view that webpage.)

Use Natural Toiletries and Cosmetics!

Many toiletries and cosmetics are made with toxic chemicals.  As a result, people's bodies are often being poisoned when they use these toiletries and cosmetics, since many poisons can easily be absorbed right through the skin into people's bodies.  Click here to see a list of natural toiletries and cosmetics.

Wear Healthy Clothing!

A lot of people don't know it, but when people wash their clothes, oftentimes some of the laundry detergent remains on the clothing.  This is one reason why freshly washed clothes often smell so nice.  One way to see this for your self is to wash an item of clothing, and fully dry it.  Then fill a sink or container with water, and slosh the item of clothing in the water.  You may notice that soap suds appear in the water.  This is probably laundry detergent that remained on your clothing after it had been washed and dried.  The situation can be more intense when people sweat.  The sweat can get the clothes wet, and speed up the amount of detergent that is absorbed through the person's skin and into the person's body.  With this in mind, I suggest using only laundry detergents that are made from non-toxic, natural ingredients.

The fabrics that clothing is made of also have an effect on the human body.  Some people's skin even gets irritated when they wear clothing made from synthetic fabrics. Synthetic fabrics (that you may wish to avoid) include acrylic, nylon, polyester, and rayon.  Some types of natural fabrics that you might wish to wear include cotton, flax (also called "linen"), kapok, ramie, and wool.

Clothes made from natural fibers are often bleached of their natural colors, by the manufacturers.  This is how they often get clothes to look so white.  The chemicals used to bleach natural fibers are often dangerous to the environment.  They tend to pollute the waterways, and are believed to damage the ozone layer of the Earth's atmosphere. With this in mind, you may wish to purchase clothes that are made from natural unbleached fibers.  They often have soft earth tones, such as cream white and light beige.

Many clothing manufacturers dye their clothes using synthetic dyes.  As you might have guessed, many of those dyes can be absorbed into people's skin.  This can be seen when people wash these types of clothing, and the dyes wash out into the water (and sometimes stain other clothes).  You might wish to try wearing clothes that are only dyed with natural dyes (made from plants, clay, and other items found in nature).  You can buy clothes already died this way, or you can buy undyed clothes and dye them yourself, using natural dies (such as coffee, tea, concord grape juice, clay, or chlorophyll), or anything else that will easily "stain" clothing.  These natural dyes work best if they are first allowed to completely dry on the clothing, before the clothing is washed for the first time after it has been died.

Overcome Recreational Drug Addictions and Habits!

Most recreational drugs are toxic and hurt the body.  For example, tobacco, marijuana, LSD, cocaine, heroin, and the drug known as "ecstasy", will all harm a person’s body, and someone using them for years will likely develop serious health problems.  Even drinking too many alcoholic drinks can cause serious liver damage over time.

When a person takes a recreational drug, sometimes the person’s body will store some of the drug in fat cells and other cells in the person's body.  This is important to know, because with a recreational drug like LSD, it’s possible that a person who has done LSD in the past, can have flashbacks (experience being “high” on LSD again) in the future, even though the person didn’t take any LSD recently.  What happens is that the body will sometimes release some of the drugs that were stored in the person's cells, into the person’s blood and lymphatic fluid.  The drug will stay in the person's body until the person's body can detoxify it, or release it out of the body (through urine, sweating, or various other ways).  Later in this chapter, you will learn ways to help a person’s body release many recreational drug toxins that may be stored in fat cells or other cells in a person’s body.

I realize it’s sometimes very hard to quit using recreational drugs.  It’s up to each person to decide if he or she wants to try to quit using them or not.  If you would like to quit, and you can quit on your own, that’s wonderful!  If you would like to quit, and you need help to be successful, I encourage you to seek out the best help you can find.  You’re too special of a person to do anything less!

Find Alternatives to Dangerous Over-the-Counter and Prescription Drugs!

Some medications have dangerous side effects.  I encourage people to take medications when that honestly seems like the best thing to do in the person's health situation.  If someone is in that type of a situation, I suggest using the safest medications available.  Naturally, if someone can heal a health imbalance instead, so the person doesn't need medications any more, I think that's generally the best thing to do.  I also understand that occasionally that's not a realistic option, and taking certain medications is necessary.  Again, if that's the situation, I suggest taking the healthiest medications available.

So far we’ve discussed some helpful ways we can avoid chemical toxins, in our day-to-day lives.  Now let's discuss the importance of having a liver and kidneys that work effectively.

The Second Way:  Encourage the Liver and Kidneys to Work Better!

The liver is the body's chemical factory.  A healthy liver can create thousands of nutrients for our bodies, and it can also convert thousands of different types of toxic chemicals into nontoxins.  This is provided that it is a "healthy" liver.

The kidneys take certain toxins out of the blood and lymphatic fluid, and then gets these toxins out of the body, by putting these toxins into urine.  When the person urinates, out come the toxins.  The kidneys can only do this effectively if they are "healthy" kidneys.

An Unhealthy Liver and Kidneys

When a person has a weak liver and weak kidneys, various kinds of toxins begin collecting in the person's body.  The body will then respond by trying to get rid of the toxins, in a variety of ways.  Some ways that the body tries to get rid of toxins are sending them out of the body through the skin (rashes, pimples), in mucous (runny nose), in sweat (sweating throughout the day), in urine (dark smelly urine), and through the lungs (bad breath, and sometimes asthma).  The body trying to get rid of toxins these ways (due to a weak liver) is often what people call an "allergy".

The body may also try to store some of these toxins in cells in the body.  For example, it's fairly common for the body to store toxins in fat cells.  This is a common reason why some people gain weight so easily (in the form of fat), and they can't seem to lose that extra weight, even when they eat just a small amount of food each day.  Again, this is something a person's body generally does when the person's liver and kidneys are unhealthy.

A Healthy Liver and Kidneys

When a person's liver and kidneys are healthy, they work together, as an effective team, to rid the body of many toxins that we encounter in our daily living.

A healthy liver can help rid the body of toxins in three main ways:

1) It can change some toxins into nontoxins.

2) It can put some toxins into the bile that is sends to the gall bladder, which eventually ends up in the intestines.  While in the intestines, many of these toxins are digested (into nontoxins), or come out of the body when the person passes some stool.

3) It can change some toxins into chemicals that the kidneys can recognize as chemicals that should be put in the urine.

Healthy kidneys can be thought of as good decision makers.  They constantly decide what chemicals should stay in the body, and which chemicals should be removed from the body.  The chemicals that should be removed from the body, get put in urine.  The urine gets stored in the person's bladder, until the person urinates.  When the person urinates, the undesirable chemicals leave the body.

Having a healthy liver and kidneys can sure help make a person's life much nicer!  After all, a body that has an abundance of nutrients, and very few toxins, tends to be a healthy and happy body!

To encourage your liver and kidneys to work better, I suggest doing the following for two months:

SUGGESTED SUPPLEMENT:

Newton Labs "Formula #1 (Detoxifier)"This supplement is a liquid homeopathic remedy, which is made from 85 percent water and 15 percent grain alcohol.  It is designed to encourage the liver and kidneys to work more effectively.  (address: Newton Laboratories, 2360 Rockaway Industrial Boulevard, Conyers, Georgia, 30012, U.S.A.;  phone: (800) 448-7256;  website: www.newtonlabs.com)

SUGGESTED DOSAGE:

Right before going to sleep at night:

Right before going to bed each night I suggest the person put one drop of the homeopathic remedy on the person’s tongue.  I suggest the person do this for the first week.  The second week, I suggest putting two drops on the tongue.  Each week, I suggest increasing the dosage by one drop.  So by the time the person gets to the beginning of the sixth week, he or she is putting six drops on the tongue each night, right before going to sleep.  I suggest each week after that, the person continue to put six drops on the tongue each night.

Some Words About a "Cleansing Reaction"...

When a person's liver and kidneys suddenly start working more effectively, the body generally starts releasing lots of stored toxins.  Sometimes, while this is happening, a person can experience what is called a "cleansing reaction".  A cleansing reaction is simply one or more uncomfortable experiences that a person may go through as the person's body releases toxins in a variety of ways.

For example, if a person's body prefers to rid itself of certain toxins by sending them out through the skin, the person may develop a temporary rash on his or her body...or the person might have a number of small reddish bumps appear temporarily on various areas of the skin.  Another possibility is that a person's body might rid itself of various toxins by sending them out of the body, in mucous...so the person might have a runny nose for a number of days or a few weeks while this occurs.  Another possibility is that a person might have darker colored urine, and the person might have to urinate frequently.  This person's body would be quickly ridding itself of toxins through the urine.  Some toxins can be converted into gases by the liver.  They can be breathed out through a person's lungs, so a person might temporarily have bad smelling breath.  Other possible experiences might include having headaches or feeling tired, both due to many toxins temporarily being in the person's blood and lymphatic fluid.  A person's body might also sweat a lot, to rid itself of heavy metals and other types of toxins.

If someone has done recreational drugs in the past, it’s possible that the person’s body might have stored some of these drugs in body cells (like fat cells).  If this has occurred, it’s possible that when the person’s body detoxifies itself, these drugs will go into the person’s blood stream before they are passed out of the person’s body through the urine or some other way.  If this occurs, the person may be “high” on the drug during this time.  Someone who has done drugs like LSD in the past, might be wise to avoid driving a car or doing anything else that could be dangerous, if this should this happen.

While having a "cleansing reaction" a person may experience a variety of these uncomfortable experiences at once.  A person having that experience might feel like he or she just got sick...even though the person doesn't have an infection.  Having one or more of these uncomfortable experiences is referred to as "having a cleansing reaction".  Drinking a lot of water will likely reduce any cleansing reactions, since the person's body will then be better able to get toxins throughout the body to the liver and kidneys, where they can do their jobs to destroy toxins, and get them out of the body effectively (mainly through the urine).

During the next two months, while you are taking the nutritional supplements mentioned above to encourage your liver and kidneys to work better, I encourage you to do any of the suggestions that are listed in the section below, titled "The Third Way:  Release Stored Toxins!"

hazmat.gifThe Third Way:  Release Stored Toxins!

So far we’ve discussed some ways we can avoid chemical toxins in our daily lives.  Then we discussed the importance of having a healthy liver and kidneys, and I shared how to use nutritional supplements to "awaken" a person's liver and kidneys, so they begin doing their jobs better.  Now let's look at some easy things that a person can do to help rid the body of various types of stored toxins.

There are many ways a person can help rid one’s body of different types of stored toxins.  I have listed some of these ways below this paragraph.  Throughout the next three months (or longer if you desire), I encourage you to do as many of these techniques as you would like to do.  In general, the more of these techniques you do, the greater variety of stored toxins your body will likely release.

Ridding one's body of stored toxins can be very refreshing!  I hope you enjoy this opportunity to purify your body in such a wide variety of ways!

  WATER

One of the easiest ways to encourage our bodies to release stored toxins, is simply to drink plenty of water each day.  Remember that our bodies tend to prefer to get rid of many chemical toxins, by sending the toxins out in the urine.  If we drink very little water each day, then our kidneys can’t flush out very many toxins, because we aren’t urinating very much.  But if we get plenty of water, we urinate fairly often, and our bodies have many opportunities to get rid of various toxins throughout each day.  So perhaps the simplest way to help our bodies rid themselves of stored toxins is to drink plenty of water each day!

  CLAY BATHS

Taking a bath in a mixture of water and clay can help rid a person's body of various excess metals that the person's body might be storing (such as excess aluminum, copper, or nickel).  Clay baths can also help to rid the body of certain pesticides as well.  Clay molecules are mostly negatively charged, so they act like magnets.  Clay molecules pull and hold many metals and pesticides (which are positively charged).

So, if someone takes a bath in water mixed with clay, many of the excess metals and pesticides that are in the person’s body will be pulled out of the person's body, and they will "stick to" the clay molecules (that are in the bathwater).  So taking a bath in water and clay is a very effective (and fast) way to rid a person's body of many excess metals and harmful pesticides.  Some types of clays that can be used for this purpose are:

1) Kaolin – This is a type of white clay that will pull heavy metals and various pesticides out of the body.

2) Illite – This is a type of clay that was named for the United States state of Illinois.  One of the most well-known types of illite is glauconite, which is a type of green clay.  Glauconite will pull heavy metals and various pesticides out of the body.

3) Smectite – This is the best type of clay for pulling heavy metals and various pesticides out of the body, because each molecule of smectite can pull out and hold more heavy metals than the other types of clay.  The most common type of smectite clay that is used to detoxify the body is the type known as "montmorillonite".  Two types of montmorillonite are "Fullers earth" and "bentonite".  Bentonite clay is a type of volcanic ash.

People can often buy powdered bentonite clay (and other types of powdered clays) at health food stores and natural food supermarkets.  However, many types of cat litter are made from montmorillonite clay, and cat litter is much less expensive than buying clay at health food stores and natural food supermarkets.

Below I have listed some brands of cat litter that are made of the type of montmorillonite clay known as "Fullers earth" (also called "calcium montmorillonite").  Most of the brands of cat litter listed below come in a "scented" version and an "unscented" version.  The "scented" version is made of clay and other ingredients, to make the cat litter smell better.  I recommend that you DO NOT buy "scented" cat litter to take a bath in, because the chemicals used to "scent" it, may be harmful to bathe in.  The "unscented" version is made only of clay (and nothing else).  So I recommend that you ONLY buy "unscented" cat litter to take a bath in.  For example, the cat litter listed below, that is made by the brand known as "Publix" packages their "scented" version of cat litter in a pink bag, and their "unscented" version of cat litter in a purple bag.  You would want to buy their "unscented" version, which is in the purple bag.

With that in mind, here's how I suggest taking a clay bath, to pull many of the excess metals and pesticides out of your body.  I suggest taking a clay bath, once a week, for three weeks.

SUGGESTED PROCEDURE:

1) First, you will need to powder the clay, so it will mix with water effectively.  You can do this by putting some of this clay in a blender.  Don't add any water to it.  Just put it directly from the bag of cat litter into the blender.  Blending the dry cat litter for a minute or two will turn the little “rocks” of clay into powdered clay.  Now the clay is ready to use, to take a clay bath.

2) Before going to sleep at night, put about six cups (one and a half liters) of this powdered clay into a bathtub full of warm water.  Then use your hands to mix the clay and the water together, so it becomes muddy water.

3) Then lie in the bathtub for about thirty minutes.  The more of your body that is touching the water and clay (the muddy water), the more excess metals and pesticides will be pulled out of your body.  You might even want to let your hair be under the water for a little while, to encourage excess metals and pesticides to be pulled out of that part of your head.

4) After lying in the bathtub for about thirty minutes, drain the water and clay out of the bathtub.  Since the clay is powdered, it generally doesn't clog the drain.

5) Rinse the clay off of your body using soap and water (either by taking a shower, or taking a bath).

6) The clay pulls out not only excess metals and pesticides, but also certain valuable minerals as well (such as calcium and magnesium).  To put some calcium and magnesium back into your body, I suggest taking either four pills of Nature's Plus “Cal/Mag Mineral Supplement with Whole Foods”, or eight pills of Nature's Plus "Children's Chewable Calcium Supplement".  Both of these calcium/magnesium supplements are listed above.

7) After taking the calcium/magnesium supplement pills, I suggest then going to sleep.  During the night, your body will put much of the calcium and magnesium back into the areas of your body where the clay had previously removed some of these minerals.

  SWEATING

Sweat often contains various toxins, such as certain heavy metals.  And so sweating can be a helpful detoxification technique.  Some ways to encourage sweating are exercising in warm weather, having steam baths, and sitting in saunas.  It's extremely important to remember that when people sweat, their bodies lose lots of water and salt.  Since water and salt are two of the most important nutrients in our bodies, it's very important that people who are doing a lot of sweating make sure that they have plenty of water and salt before, during, and after they are sweating, to ensure good health.

  SYSTEMIC FORMULAS “CLNZ”

One nutritional supplement that is especially effective at helping rid one’s body of excess heavy metals is Systemic Formulas “CLNZ”.  This supplement will help rid cells throughout the body of aluminum, beryllium, lead, mercury, and nickel.  If you’d like to use this nutritional supplement to help rid your body of excess heavy metals I suggest doing the following for two months:

SUGGESTED SUPPLEMENT:

Systemic Formulas "CLNZ" - This supplement is designed to help the body to rid itself of many stored heavy metals.  (address: Systemic Formulas, Post Office Box 1516, Ogden, Utah, 84402, U.S.A.;  phone: (800) 445-4647;  website: www.systemicformulas.com)

SUGGESTED DOSAGE:

Right before going to bed each night I suggest taking three pills of Systemic Formulas “CLNZ”, with only water.

PHYSICAL EXERCISE

The lymphatic system is a part of the body that in some ways is similar to the blood stream.  Like the blood stream, the lymphatic system is a series of passageways that carries both nutrients and toxins throughout the body.  The lymphatic system carries various types of toxins from various areas of the body to the kidneys.  There, the kidneys then remove many of these toxins, by putting them in the urine.  When a person urinates, out come the toxins.  So a healthy lymphatic system is needed for the body to rid itself effectively of various toxins.

The lymphatic system is made up of a network of tubes, like the bloodstream, except that the lymphatic system has no heart or "pump", to pump the lymphatic fluid effectively throughout the body.  As a result the lymphatic fluid (also known as "lymph") often doesn’t flow very quickly from various areas of the body to the kidneys.  When the lymphatic system isn’t flowing very much, a lot of toxins can remain in the body and lymphatic fluid longer than we’d like them to.  Since the lymphatic system has no heart to pump it, the lymphatic fluid is mainly pumped when we move our bodies.  For example, when we move our arms, legs, or head, certain areas in our bodies, known as lymph nodes, are squeezed a little bit.  When lymph nodes are squeezed, this pumps some of the lymphatic fluid throughout the body.

And so a way to encourage that a person’s lymphatic fluid is being pumped to his or her kidneys, is to do some sort of movement-oriented exercise each day.  Exercises like walking, jogging, bicycling, and swimming are excellent for pumping the lymphatic system.  If you don’t naturally exercise throughout the day, I highly encourage you to begin exercising every day or two.  Even walking for just 30 minutes each day will do wonders for a person’s health, by increasing the flow of the lymphatic fluid throughout the body.  And this will help the body to carry nutrients throughout itself, as well as rid itself of many toxins.

  MASSAGE THERAPY

Certain types of massage therapy techniques can be very helpful at stimulating one's body to release a lot of stored toxins.  For example, "Swedish massage" tends to stimulate many of the cells in the body that have been massaged, to release many toxins that these cells have been storing.  "Lymphatic massage" helps to circulate the person's lymphatic fluid throughout the person's body.  It's very important that a person who gets a massage, drinks plenty of water for at least the next three days after the massage.  This extra water will help the kidneys to quickly rid the body of the new toxins in the blood and lymphatic fluid, by putting these toxins into the person's urine.  (To learn more about how massage therapy can help improve people's health, I suggest reading the following website: www.home.bellsouth.net/p/pwp-relaxU   Click here to view that website.)

FASTING

Fasting is when a person spends one or more days, eating or drinking very little or nothing.  For example, a "fruit and vegetable fast" is when a person only has fruits and vegetables, fruit and vegetable juices, and water, for one or more days.  A "juice fast" is when a person only drinks fruit and vegetable juices, and water, for one or more days.  A "water fast" is when a person only drinks water, for one or more days.  The purpose of fasting is generally to give the body a rest from having to deal with digesting most foods, and having to deal with the nutrients (and toxins) that are found in them.  When someone fasts for one or a few days, the person's body has a chance to clean itself of many stored toxins.  The person's body also enjoys a rest period, in which the digestive system and other body systems can heal and strengthen themselves.  I encourage most people to fast one day, every two weeks.  Also, once every six months, a two-day or three-day fast may do most people’s bodies a lot of good!  (If someone has diabetes (high blood sugar) or hypoglycemia (low blood sugar), I suggest the person fast using vegetables, vegetable juices, and water.  (Information on how to heal some cases of type II diabetes, gestational diabetes, and hypoglycemia, is shared in the webpage titled "How to Heal or Improve Many Health Challenges!" on this www.AbundantHealth.ws website.   Click here to view that webpage.)

ACUPUNCTURE AND ACUPRESSURE

Acupuncture and acupressure can also be used as effective techniques for stimulating the body to release many stored toxins.  One acupuncture technique for doing this is to insert acupuncture needles in the following points: mingmen point (which is located on the back between the kidneys), and the following points which are all located on both ears - kidney points, liver points, lung points, and sympathetic nervous system points.  All of the needles should be kept in the person's body at the same time.  The needles should be left in the person's body for approximately 20 to 30 minutes, before removing them.
